Turnaround times vary depending on the package and project size, but most videos are completed within 3–7 business days. Rush options are available for urgent needs.

Each package includes a recommended number of photos and video clips. If you’d like to include more, you can purchase a photo add-on for a small upgrade fee. However, if you need to submit significantly more content—beyond what the add-on allows—you’ll need to purchase an additional package. This ensures we maintain high quality and proper pacing in your video.

Yes! You can upload music files directly or send YouTube links with your preferred songs. We’ll do our best to match the tone and timing to your selections.
